How to Make Valentine Popcorn
  1. Pop the popcorn kernels using an air popper or stovetop method. Once popped, transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat until liquid. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Drizzle the melted butter over the popped popcorn and gently toss to coat evenly.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave, using 30-second intervals, stirring well after each.
  5. Pour the melted white chocolate over the buttery popcorn and mix gently to coat.
  6. Sprinkle heart-shaped sprinkles and pink sugar on the warm popcorn, tossing lightly to distribute.
