Steps to Prepare
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the finely chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula. Cook until it's browned and no longer pink, approximately 7-10 minutes.
- Stir in the sliced cabbage ribbons and cook until they are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in the quality tomato sauce, followed by the garlic powder and dried oregano. Stir well to combine.
- Lower the heat, cover the skillet, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
- Once ready, ladle the Unstuffed Cabbage Rolls onto plates or into bowls. Garnish with fresh parsley.
