  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped

Method

How to Make Strawberry Pancakes
  1. Whisk together the dry ingredients in a large bowl: all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt until evenly mixed.
  2. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl: blend the milk, egg, and melted butter until smooth and creamy.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients gently: pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir just until combined.
  4. Fold in strawberries: gently add the chopped strawberries to the batter, taking care not to crush them.
  5. Preheat the skillet: heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  6. Cook the pancakes: pour about half a cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
  7. Serve warm: plate your pancakes immediately with maple syrup or toppings.
