Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour and baking powder in a bowl.
- Cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Combine the dry mixture gradually with the wet mixture and gently fold in the chopped fresh strawberries.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them out evenly. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Cool the cookies slightly on the baking sheets before transferring them to a wire rack.
