- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a springform pan.
- Combine melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in the cocoa powder until just combined.
- Pour the brownie batter evenly into your prepared springform pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar in another bowl until creamy. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and eggs until well blended. Pour over the cooled brownie base.
- Bake for another 30-35 minutes until the cheesecake looks set but jiggles in the center.
- Cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours. Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
