  • 2 pcs Fresh jalapeños diced
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese sharp or mild
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Coating
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour or gluten-free flour
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs or regular breadcrumbs

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the ground sausage, diced jalapeños, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, flour, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Mix until everything is blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized portions and place each ball on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Coat each sausage ball generously in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake the sausage balls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm, optionally with ranch dressing or your favorite sauce.
