- Combine the ground sausage, diced jalapeños, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, flour, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Mix until everything is blended.
- Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized portions and place each ball on the prepared baking sheet.
- Coat each sausage ball generously in panko breadcrumbs.
- Bake the sausage balls for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
