Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Sauté the diced onions in oil over medium heat until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Brown the ground meat until fully cooked, stirring often for about 8–10 minutes; season with salt and pepper.
- Add the diced carrots and frozen peas; cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; let it simmer for around 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Transfer the meat mixture into the greased baking dish and spread the mashed potatoes evenly on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
