- Generously sprinkle salt and black pepper over the chicken thighs, ensuring both sides are well-coated.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant.
- In a separate bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, paprika, onion powder, and the sautéed garlic. Stir well.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, plate your chicken thighs while hot, drizzling any remaining sauce over the top.
