Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the potato wedges in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and fresh rosemary.
  3. Spread the seasoned potato wedges out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Roast the potatoes for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Season the ribeye steaks generously with salt and pepper. Sear in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese over the steaks and transfer to oven for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Rest the steaks for a few minutes, then slice and serve with roasted potatoes.
