How to Make One Pan Garlic Chicken
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Mix together soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, thyme, and rosemary in a bowl. Pour this mixture over the chicken in the skillet.
  5. Transfer everything to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F.
  6. Serve the chicken drizzled with sauce alongside your favorite sides.
