Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 package Pre-made pie crust saves time
Filling
  • 6 large Large eggs key ingredient for a creamy, fluffy texture
  • 1 cup Whole milk adds richness
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese shredded, provides delightful flavor
  • 1 cup Chopped bell peppers adds color and sweetness
  • 1 cup Cooked bacon or ham optional, adds savory element
  • to taste Salt and pepper essential for flavor

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut it into circles to fit the muffin tins.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and milk in a bowl, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Sprinkle cheese and add bell peppers and bacon or ham into each crust. Pour the egg mixture over the fillings.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tops are golden brown.
  6. Cool slightly before removing from the tin and serve warm.
