  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach Wilt slightly before mixing.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Extra virgin for sautéing.

How to Make Marry Me Chicken Pasta Casserole
  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Sauté in a skillet over medium heat for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Boil penne pasta in salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta, sautéed chicken, and creamy sauce. Stir gently until everything is coated.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Sprinkle additional mozzarella on top and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving. Scoop generous portions onto plates.
