Ingredients
  

Chicken and Pasta
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts Seasoned with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs
  • 8 oz Pasta Cooked until al dente
Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 cloves Garlic Crushed or minced
  • ½ cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Seasoning
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Sizzle them in a hot skillet for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fragrant.
Cook the Pasta
  1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook your pasta until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and toss gently.
Make the Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, combine heavy cream, garlic, and sun-dried tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened slightly.
Assemble the Casserole
  1. In a large baking dish, mix the cooked pasta, chicken pieces, and creamy sauce. Fold everything together evenly.
Bake to Perfection
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the casserole for 25-30 minutes.
