  • 4 pieces fresh lobster tails about 5 oz each
For the Garlic Butter Sauce
  • ½ cup unsalted butter or ghee if dairy-free
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced or garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice or lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika smoked paprika is optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

How to Make Lobster Tail
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut through the top shell of each lobster tail using kitchen shears.
  3. In a bowl, melt the butter, then stir in the minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Brush the mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
  5. Bake the lobster tails on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 12-15 minutes.
  6. Broil for an additional minute to add a touch of crisp and flavor to the top.
  7. Serve hot with additional melted butter and lemon wedges on the side.
