How to Make Lemon Pepper Wings

  2. Combine chicken wings in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, kosher salt, lemon zest, and black pepper. Toss gently until well coated.
  3. Arrange the wings on the wire rack in a single layer, ensuring they don’t touch.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat while the wings are baking. Stir in the fresh lemon juice and additional black pepper.
  6. Toss the baked wings in the buttery sauce just before serving.
