Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a bowl, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, coating each piece thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Arrange the marinated chicken breasts in the dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Drizzle with leftover marinade and garnish with extra herbs before serving.
