How to Make Lemon Ginger Tea
  1. Begin by pouring 2 cups of filtered water into a saucepan. Heat it over medium-high heat until it reaches a rolling boil.
  2. Once boiling, add the grated ginger, juice, and zest of 1 lemon. Reduce the heat and let it simmer gently for 10 minutes.
  3. After simmering, strain the mixture into cups using a fine-mesh strainer.
  4. Stir in honey while the tea is still warm, making sure to dissolve it completely.
