- Create pockets in each chicken breast by carefully slicing horizontally without cutting all the way through.
- Mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and garlic powder in a bowl until well combined.
- Stuff each chicken pocket generously with the filling, and wrap each breast with slices of bacon.
- Arrange the stuffed chicken in the baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until the bacon is crispy and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving with sour cream on top.
