Instructions
  1. Prep your veggies. Start by chopping the bell peppers and green onions.

  3. Season the beef. Sprinkle in garlic powder and black pepper, then stir in the low-sodium soy sauce. Cook for an additional minute.
  4. Sauté the peppers. Toss in the diced bell peppers and sauté for 3-5 minutes until slightly tender.
