Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 2 cups Ripe tomatoes use juicy, seasonal tomatoes for the best flavor
  • 1 large English cucumber this variety is less watery and has a crisp texture
  • 1 small Red onion slice it thinly for a milder, sweeter taste
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil opt for high-quality oil for richer taste
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice freshly squeezed adds brightness
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano brings classic Mediterranean aroma
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
Feta
  • 1 cup Feta cheese crumble it generously over the salad

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and chop all vegetables thoroughly. Chop tomatoes into bite-sized pieces and slice cucumber and red onion thinly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the vegetable mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together.
  6. Serve immediately or let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
