How to Make Greek Chicken Meatballs
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Blend the chicken mixture in a food processor. Combine the chicken breasts, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until finely chopped.
- Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Transfer the blended chicken mix to a large bowl, add the oregano, feta, panko, and eggs; mix gently until well combined.
- Shape the meatballs. Form small meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on the prepared baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve warm, drizzling with tzatziki sauce.

Notes
For best texture, do not overprocess the chicken mixture. Use fresh parsley for enhanced flavor.
