Cooking Steps
  1. Cut the boneless turkey breast into bite-sized chunks and set aside.
  2. Arrange three bowls: one with seasoned flour (salt and pepper), one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder and paprika.
  3. Dip each turkey chunk into the seasoned flour, then into the egg, and finally coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  5. Carefully add coated turkey pieces in batches, frying for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Remove nuggets and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with honey mustard sauce.
