  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon for warm spice
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract enhances flavor
  • 2 tablespoon Granulated Sugar to sweeten egg mixture
For Frying
  • 2 tablespoon Butter for frying and flavor

How to Make French Toast Sticks
  1. Cut your brioche or challah into sticks about one inch wide.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Whisk thoroughly until smooth.
  3. Quickly dip each bread stick into the egg mixture for about 20 seconds on each side.
  4. Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat, then melt the butter until bubbly.
  5. Add the soaked bread sticks to the skillet, cooking for about 3 minutes on each side until golden.
  6. Remove the sticks from the skillet and serve warm, drizzled with syrup or dusted with powdered sugar.
