How to Make Dill Pickle Ranch Chicken Skewers
- In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, olive oil, and garlic powder. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Place bite-sized chicken pieces in the marinade. Toss them gently to ensure each piece is generously coated. Cover and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat—about 375°F.
- Assemble the skewers by alternately threading marinated chicken pieces and dill pickle slices onto your skewers.
- Place the assembled skewers on the grill. Cook them for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is cooked through.
- Once cooked, transfer the skewers to a platter and serve hot. Drizzle with extra ranch dressing.

Notes
Ensure chicken is cut into uniform pieces for even cooking. Longer marinating times can enhance the flavor.
