Preparation
  1. Gather ingredients. Assemble all your fresh ingredients on the counter for easy access.
  2. Combine salad ingredients. In a mixing bowl, toss together the crab meat, celery, red onion, and herbs.
  3. Whisk the dressing. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Fold in the dressing. Carefully pour the dressing over the crab mixture and fold gently.
