Ingredients
  

For the Chicken
  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts a lean protein source
  • 2 cloves Fresh garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Low-sodium soy sauce for flavor enhancement
For the Wrap
  • 1 cup Hummus as a spread
  • 2 pieces Whole wheat or spinach tortillas for the wrap base
  • 2 cups Fresh vegetables chopped bell peppers, cucumbers, or carrots

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. Mix minced garlic with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil in a bowl.
  3. Rub the garlic mixture onto the chicken breasts.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Chop fresh vegetables into bite-sized pieces while the chicken cooks.
  6. Rest the cooked chicken for five minutes, then slice it into strips.
  7. Spread a generous layer of hummus on each tortilla, top with sliced chicken and chopped veggies.
  8. Roll up the tortillas tightly, slice in half if desired, and drizzle lightly with soy sauce before serving.
