Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray your baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts between sheets of plastic wrap until about half an inch thick. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Layer ham slices and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Dredge each chicken roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the chicken rolls until golden brown on all sides, around 5 minutes per side.
  6. Transfer the browned chicken to your baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and garlic powder; stir until slightly thickened. Drizzle over chicken before serving.
