- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray your baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pound the chicken breasts between sheets of plastic wrap until about half an inch thick. Season with salt and pepper.
- Layer ham slices and Swiss cheese on each chicken breast, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks.
- Dredge each chicken roll in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the chicken rolls until golden brown on all sides, around 5 minutes per side.
- Transfer the browned chicken to your baking dish and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and garlic powder; stir until slightly thickened. Drizzle over chicken before serving.
