Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cloves Fresh garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
For the Filling
  • 2 Ripe avocados sliced
  • 2 cups Mixed greens (spinach or romaine)
For the Sauce
  • ½ cup Sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder for a hint of warmth
For the Wrap
  • 4 (10-inch) Flour tortillas for a soft base

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Remove them from the skillet and let them rest.
  2. Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet until it becomes fragrant, around 1 minute.
  3. Assemble your tortillas by laying them flat. Start by adding a layer of mixed greens, followed by the sliced chicken and creamy avocado.
  4. Mix the sour cream with lime juice and chili powder in a bowl, then drizzle this zesty sauce over the filling in each wrap.
  5. Fold in the edges of the tortilla and roll tightly to enclose all the delicious filling securely.
  6. Plate your wraps beautifully, garnishing with any remaining sauce drizzled on top.
