Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, searing them in a heated skillet until golden brown, about 5 minutes each side.
  3. Boil chicken broth, then add the long-grain white rice and simmer for 15-20 minutes until fluffy.
  4. Fluff the cooked rice in the greased baking dish, layer fresh broccoli florets on top, then place the seared chicken breasts over the broccoli.
  5. Mix sour cream with shredded cheese and paprika, then pour this creamy mixture over the layered rice, broccoli, and chicken.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, removing the foil for the last 5 minutes to let the cheese bubble.
