- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, searing them in a heated skillet until golden brown, about 5 minutes each side.
- Boil chicken broth, then add the long-grain white rice and simmer for 15-20 minutes until fluffy.
- Fluff the cooked rice in the greased baking dish, layer fresh broccoli florets on top, then place the seared chicken breasts over the broccoli.
- Mix sour cream with shredded cheese and paprika, then pour this creamy mixture over the layered rice, broccoli, and chicken.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, removing the foil for the last 5 minutes to let the cheese bubble.
