How to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook chicken in boiling water until no longer pink, approximately 15-20 minutes. Shred using two forks.
  3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Fold in chicken and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Transfer mixture to an oven-safe dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
