How to Make Boneless Chicken Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray your baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine cornstarch and minced garlic in a bowl. Toss the chicken pieces in the blend until evenly coated.
  4. Whisk together soy sauce, honey, and Sriracha sauce in another bowl.
  5. Arrange the coated chicken in the baking dish and pour half of the sauce over them. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  6. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the chicken before serving.
