How to Make Beef Stir Fry
- Start by slicing the beef sirloin against the grain into thin strips for maximum tenderness. Chop the bell peppers and break the broccoli into florets. Mince the garlic to enhance flavors.
- In a bowl, mix the low-sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Add the sliced beef to the bowl and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a wok or large skillet over high heat until it's smoking hot. Pour in the canola oil.
- Add the marinated beef in a single layer to the hot wok. Sear for about 2 minutes until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
- Toss in the bell peppers, broccoli, and minced garlic. Stir-fry for another 3 minutes until the veggies are tender-crisp.
- Immediately serve your Beef Stir Fry hot, drizzling any remaining sauce over the top.
