Ingredients
  

For the Shrimp
  • 1 lb Large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil for sautéing
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Rice
  • 1 cup Jasmine rice
For the Vegetables
  • 1 cup Bell peppers sliced
  • ¼ cup Green onions chopped
For the Sauce
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise creamy base
  • 2 tablespoon Sriracha sauce adjust for spice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey to balance spice

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Cook the rice according to package instructions for a fluffy base.
  2. In a bowl, whisk mayonnaise, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add shrimp, and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink.
  4. Remove shrimp, stir-fry bell peppers and green onions for about 5 minutes.
  5. Return shrimp to skillet, drizzle half the sauce over and toss to coat.
  6. Serve rice in bowls topped with shrimp and veggies, drizzle with remaining sauce.
