Method
 

How to Make Alfredo Lasagna
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and cool.
  3. Combine ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and optional spices in a bowl until creamy.
  4. Layer Alfredo sauce at the bottom of the baking dish, followed by noodles, cheese mixture, and repeat layers, finishing with Alfredo sauce on top.
  5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan over the top layer. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
