How to Make Alfredo Lasagna
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare your baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Boil the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and cool.
- Combine ricotta, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and optional spices in a bowl until creamy.
- Layer Alfredo sauce at the bottom of the baking dish, followed by noodles, cheese mixture, and repeat layers, finishing with Alfredo sauce on top.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan over the top layer. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
